After reading a few reviews, I decided to go with Julie. I find the whole tax thing quite intimidating so I wasn't really sure what I would be up for. In Perth I used to go to H&R Block and basically they're just an in and out" type lot and quick processing so that's what I was expecting...Julie isn't like that at all. She answered all of my (stupid) questions and was "switched on
