So much fun! Staff were so friendly, helpful and generous. Heaps of games. We traveled 2 hours from country vic for my son to experience VR. It's his favourite thing to do in Melbourne. Highly recommend.

Very bad experience.. we have been there many times before covid and it was very nice but now it's a boring place. The plank is under repair from months, the archery place is gone, the rooms with ghost room experience are no longer available. There are very less games. When we went there yesterday, there was no one else, even though the staff were busy chatting and do not wanted to help. The program freezes a lot. Don't want to go again.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Viri and I must say it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we stepped into the arcade, we knew we were in for a treat. The immersive games and the overall atmosphere made us want to stay.Also Kaitlin deserves a special mention. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and friendliness made our visit enjoyable. She was patient in explaining the game mechanics, ensuring that we were comfortable with the equipment, and providing helpful tips to enhance my gameplay.The attention to detail in the arcade's design and setup is commendable. The spacious gaming areas and well-organized stations with the couches allowed a comfortable experience. The clean and well-maintained facilities further highlighted the professionalism of the arcade.

I had so much fun here! So worth the value. The plank was the highlight, it was so surreal. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Took my staff here and we all had a ball. We're all aged between 20 and 40 and everyone left raving about how much fun this was. Cannot recommend this highly enough for a work place bonding experience, culture day out. We booked out the facility so our team could do what ever they wanted and the only problem was, we wanted to spend more time there.

Wouldn’t recommend the place. We had a gift voucher for this place, and it was quite the let down despite how excited my partner and I were! My partner and I both had VR experience, and we went there that night I had to change booths 3 times because the headset wasn’t working (and the equipment was lagging for my partner). While the staff were lovely, and added an additional 5 minutes, there was 20 minutes out of the 50 minute time slot spend trying to fix the equipment. When we went to the drivers VR, only 1 headset was working …. As all the others had been broken from other younger users. Completely understandable, but would have appreciated knowing this beforehand. At the end of our session, we weren’t even allowed to finish one of our end games because we were pushed off for the next incoming booking. Finally, when I went to the bathroom, the handles fell off and the area was quite dirty. Would not recommend for the price point, and was very uncomfortable that we were not offered a partial refund regarding all of the difficulties that we experienced. :(

Had a lot of fun getting my VR experiences here. The price was pretty decent. Should be the cheapest in the market now.The staff was very helpful. He guided me a lot with games which are suitable for me and my friends. Multiplayers and also single players.Time pass by faster when you’re having fun.Definitely must better than the others! Worth the $$.

We loved the VR experience last evening. The VR feels very much real, especially the plank! I dont think there's anything like this in Melbourne yet. The prices are reasonable too. We paid 35 per person for 50min of high quality VR experience. Still get chills thinking about the plank. Highly recommended!
