In all fairness, I have only been in once. They had one of the items I was after but were unfortunately out of another item I came in for. Overall, the service was good, my item was carried to my car for me. But the sales woman was a little pushy in her tone and I felt like she was too eager for me to buy a replacement item that seemed more expensive. A friend of mine has been shopping around for feed stores between Grantville and suppliers in Hastings and she warned me that these guys seem a little less friendly than suppliers in Hastings. But if you know what you're after and are ok with the prices, it seems a good enough place.

We just recently started coming here as our normal livestock feed supplier is a little far for us to travel now. Staff are friendly, and always happy to have a chat. Happy to help us out by pushing the trolley to our car too, and even offering us to leave our card if we want to sell our livestock. The pricing is set reasonably; typically one brand to choose from; but they do supply at least one brand of every/anything you need which we are grateful for - saves multiple trips to multiple stores.
