Ace Television Video Hi Fi Service

I called Ace Television as my TV had suddently become fuzzy with horizontal lines appearing. Mertin came out the next day to inspect the TV and advised that it is the screen and therefore not worth replacing. Metin spent the time explaining different options and giving me advice on how to select a new TV etc. He did all of this with no service fee etc. I'm sure other businesses would have taken my TV away for an inspection fee knowing full well that it was not worth fixing. Mertin's honest and above and beyond service is something that I would strongly recommened. Thanks again.

The Best electronic repair shop in town. Beside repairing, they can sell and set up alarms , security camera systems etc. Shortly if you need to do anything about electronic , this is the only place to go. Friendly and well experienced staff with excellent knowledge, reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Rang them this afternoon for a small wiring job on my fish tank light. I was told it was no problem to bring it to them to fix. I had previously rang a few other local repair shops , only to be told the job is to small for us, and just go buy another one. Yeah thanks! They had it fixed within 10 mins of me getting there. Totally recommend this business, and will definitely recommend my friends to also go there. Thank you.

Never, ever use these people. Terrible customer service and he returned my tv with BIG SCRATCHES ON IT. A beautiful, big screen TV that needed a small repair to a sound port and he he scratched it in two places. Scratches from rubbing against something.Then he refuses to take responsibility, but never asks me to pay for the repair which was quoted at $250.Use these people at your own risk.They don't call you back, don't answer SMS and return your TV WRECKED!!!!It's a part time job for him and his work is that of a work experience kid.Then he says he will fix it, but won't come and get it?He collected it the first time and I only have a small car that cannot fit it.It's criminal the treatment I have received.I will post a photo as evidence of my claims.

Thank goodness for google reviews. I called them asking to do job. Heard nothing back. Called again, no return call. They must being doing so great then don't respond to potential customers, lol.
