Place has gone downhill recently. They regularly mess up orders. They lock their doors a full hour before closing, make you wait in the drive thru waiting bay for 10 minutes for a cheese burger, they can't be bothered asking you if you want to swap orange juice or thickshakes when they out...

Foods always great here, however sometimes the staff on the speaker in the Drive thru aren't thrilled to be there and it shows.. getting cut off by Is that all for today?" And "next window please" when putting your order through is really annoying.The syrup for the drinks needs to be checked a bit more often

The manger so unfriendly with dog. I only waiting inside with my dog. And it doesn’t announce anyone then manager ask me take it out. I said if I waiting outside how can I know my order ready or not. That manger doesn’t care, he saids that is not my business. That kind person can be manager? So sick!

I'm not one to complain, especially when the expectations for McDonald's aren't high to start with, but a recent interaction with the drive-thru attendant at this McDonald's absolutely infuriated me to the point that I had to express my disappointment here.I had to repeat my order to this staff member four times as she was too busy giggling and laughing with her colleagues in the background. When I confronted her about having to repeat the order multiple times, she took offense and stopped communicating. Another staff member then took over and asked me to repeat the order again. At this point, I was completely fed up and asked for the management.The management and the food were great. It's just disappointing that customers have to deal with this type of behavior. I had a similar experience with the South Hurstville branch. I'm not sure if it's a generational issue (kids who don't care) or if it's just poor recruitment, but something needs to change.

Rude service, never experienced here before..We always have a great service but today was bit too much..We are ordering and the lady in the counter kept saying “Is that all?” after every word…didnt even let me finish my order properly..The large drinks we got were all half full and when asked they just gave back the same drinks back afterwards..And no serviette was in the bag as well..

Ordered Uber eats from here a while back and honestly can say this is the only McDonald’s order I have ever reviewed that was of optimal quality. Not only were all foods were still hot when they arrived to our hotel at 3 am, but also everything was exactly as we asked. Everything was in the bag and all instructions were followed perfectly, which I have never experienced from any other McDonald’s.

Today, around 12 pm I have got the worst customer experience by the manager in this McDonald. I was already inside the Mcdonald and the manager refuse to take my order I donot know why either she was getting busy or the Mcdonald was already closed. Whatever if the customer is inside the Mcdonald ,I think they shouldtreat us like customer but she treated us like homeless people and she just throw us out rudely. We were so much hungry but she refuse to take our order.
