My delivery was a week early without notification, then rescheduled for which I had to take leave. The package never arrived on the day and was delivered 3 days later without any indication of delivery date or time, even on the tracking website.

would not recommend - had a very important presentation for a group of Doctors and nurses and my package did not arrive before I needed it because the courier driver would not leave it at my door after I had told him countless times it's important and I am giving him authority to leave. I've today called the company in search of this as I need the package for a regional trip I am taking with work as well and they cannot find the package on their end. Called the courier driver back to find out what had happened and he said he never bothered redelivering and dropped the parcel back at the warehouse... there is about $1000 worth of materials now gone missing and my work has been impacted by this..

Worst courier I have ever used. Didn't turn up at all! After rebooking for two more pick ups and a week later.. I had to cancel collection and book with another courier company! Save your time and book with someone else if you need something done!!

Goods were advised as delivered" but were nowhere to be found. Called phone number and very helpful operator advised that it was likely the package was still in the depot. Still waiting."

Any contractors out there should avoid working there no matter what.It will cost you money to work for them.They never have the same driver after they get paid.This company should be taken to wage line and fair trading so all present and ex drivers can get paid or reimbursed. Some jobs pay 0.01 cents and they steal money from all the contractors in every possible way they can...horrible company to work for..! every week contractors come and go..! and the staff is very rude towards their contractors..! and nobody stays..! but if you wanna be a contractor - shop around - don`t work for these guys..

Unfortunately the place we ordered from use this service as a courier, literally the worst offices staff and drivers.Twice we had to deal with them and the same experiance

Horrible experience. A driver from this company called me at 10am and told me, with great difficulty due to broken English, that my parcel would arrive in the next hour and asked if I was home. I said yes. I was working from home on my front deck all morning and no delivery driver showed up. At 12:00pm the driver took a photo of my mattress in the back of his truck and noted I was not home and delivered the parcel back to the depot. When I saw this email I called the company and the attendant was incredibly rude. She organised a re-delivery for me this week which I have still heard nothing about. The parcel has not come and I cannot pick it up because I have work during opening times. At the end of the call she mumbled and said “alright now I have recorded all of that useless information and organised your delivery, is that all you needed today?” And I asked her again what she said and she just said “oh is that all you need, sorry.” Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.

This has been the most stressful experience dealing with these couriers. Ive called twice to ask regarding my delivery and they have been very rude and abrupt with answers insinuating its my fault for not answering my phone on an unknown number who did not even leave a message on my message bank on who they are when i was at work. Have reviewed CCTV footage of my home and there was no delivery to be of note from them and told them about it and was given a response of because i did not answer my phone no one came to my house to deliver the package which does not make sense at all. On 2 occasions they have attempted" to deliver order but when camera footage has been reviewed no one came to my house even."

I'm in shock, this courier company is fantastic, tracking is amazing, you can check name of driver, how far away they are from delivery in kms. Driver was friendly. I've dealt with courier companies for years and this is by far the best experience I have had. Based in QLD.
