The Team at Homefront has done everything right for me as a tenant. I had to call on a weekend to resolve some issues at the property on 2 separate occasions and the owner George has answered my calls each time and tried to resolve the issues. At the end of the tenancy, there was a slight confusion in the moving out date (due to the arrangement between myself and the landlord) and Bun has patiently explained the figures in a detailed and transparent manner and has done everything right by me as a tenant and towards the owner. Hello,Yes I can explain what happened. My husband and I went to inspect a property in Thornleigh of which you were managing about 3 months ago. We arrived about 10 minutes late. When we got there a female staff (I think she was in her 50s with a slight South African accent) said No! No! You're too late. Out." Needless to say that I was taken aback and shocked at her abrasive manner and unprofessionalism. I was also embarrassed as other people looked on as shocked as I was.
