I organised for Jake to clean my carpets at 2pm today as I had someone else installing an aircon unit and wouldn’t be finished until 2pm. I confirmed the time with Jake this morning and all seemed fine. Jake turned up early (1:20pm) and was annoyed about the aircon person. He refused to start on another room first and refused to wait until the agreed time of 2pm. He was extremely rude to my girlfriend and left without a word. He quoted $150 for two bedrooms and wanted cash only. I wouldn’t recommend using his services.

In the 5 years since that last review, he's still pulling the same stunt. I booked my clean and organised end of lease 4 weeks in advance. A few days before the clean he says he double booked me. Had to get another cleaner in on short notice. Jake was recommended by Shelter Real Estate. I would go else where, he'll screw you around.
