Small Friends Vet

Great vet. Excellent communication and the vets are great with my 2 dogs. Reception staff are lovely and always able to help. Highly recommend.

Small Friends is amazing. Both my girls have seen a variety of vets and vet nurses at Small Friends since they were puppies. Two weeks ago, after the emergency vet failed to diagnose my dogs serious health complication, Small Friends facilitated my dog being seen first thing in the morning, gave her appropriate pain relief, correctly diagnosed the problem and ensured my girl was able to receive urgent treatment to correct the health complication. I trust Small Friends vet and always feel extremely thankful for their professional, engaging and helpful team!

Simply the best, have an amazing staff and Drs that really love your pets, can't speak highly enough of them.

My partner and myself took our two cats here numerous times seeking answers, seeing two veterinarians over the time period of a few months. Nothing was really helpful, little was done in terms of answers or options provided.We took our cats to a few other vets, finally landing on one that prescribed antibiotics and did a dental examination, showing the problem.Thanks to our new vet, we have a treatment plan and support in place.The wasted time it took to get answers for my cats at Small Friends meant my cats were in pain for months longer than they needed to be. Small Friends suggested the cats red gums were due to teething, that was not the case, they had gingivitis! The fact this went unnoticed boggles my mind.See a different vet.

Always wonderful with our five year old dog, have been using this vet since we got him as a puppy. Very highly recommend!

Doc Matt check my German shaped puppy when his was 12weeks , and The doctor rubbed the dog's ear hard for no reason! Before, the ear was standing up, and it began to collapse. Then it hasn't stood up for eight months now. I am very angry about this! My dog is pure German shaped dog from the license breeder with pure pedigree. I am so angry about this happen, last month we come back to visit him, to ask her why the dog ear is not stand up, he told me some dog like this, This is a very ridiculous thing which happen on experience vet!

Our dog is a regular patient and we have been seeing the lovely Small Friends vets, nurses and receptionists for quite a few years. Each time they helped us by heart. Highly recommended. Dr Matt in particular helped us dig out what was causing the allergy reaction for our dog. Can't thank him more.

Wish I could give 6 star rating to match the way the vets/ nurses go above and beyond with their care, kindness and clear information for the pet owners. Nothing is too much trouble, go out of their way to assist and don't try to sell false hope -this has given us such peace of mind knowing our four legged loved one won't be here long. We were a new customer. Can't recommend highly enough! Thank you Small Friends

I cannot rate this vet practice highly enough. We had a very old but unwell cat & the staff were extremely caring & realistic when it came to options for his treatment. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat but I am grateful to Lindsey & the team for their thoughtfulness & care towards our beautiful cat & myself. It is truly appreciated.
