Really quick and professional, great communication and super friendly.Got him to install a tap, and was pretty resourceful in finding alternate spots to put it when my first spot was too far from the pipe!Good quality work, handled everything. Was really patient with me while I was on the phone with someone else for work!

I had both Josh and Dave come to help us with two busted toilets.... they were both extremely polite and quick to do the jobs.I won't call anyone else but Jim's Plumbing from now on - great job boys!

I don't know what to say, it's just a problem with the water heater not working, and then I was asked to replace all the systems, and the direct quotation was more than 20,000 dollars. I think this method is no different from asking for money directly. I hope everyone will not be deceived.

I'd used other Jim's services before so thought I'd give them a try when my heating system failed. There was a $132 call out charge which i was happy to pay since good diagnostic work shouldn't be free. When Frank, a plumber from their partner company Metropolitan, arrived I told him the age of the system and what the problem was. Without looking at the system or running any tests he started letting me know I needed a new system. I asked him take a look at the system to assess whether it definitely needed to be replaced. After around 2 minutes, and without turning on a tap, he returned inside and reiterated the system should be replaced. He then left and I received the quote a few minutes later. He was in my house for less than 10 minutes. For $132 that means he must be on around $800 per hour.I then got a second quote to compare. Franks quote for a 20l per minute system was $4739. The second quote for a 26l per minute system with a significantly higher retail cost was $1990.I'll not be using Jim's again.

This company should be charged with robbery, they charge you a call out fee then they attend the property and quoted me $1040 for material that will cost no more then $15, what are they charging $100 a min for a ten min job? The guy was very polite and happy to help but didn’t have the correct part to fix the pipe that needed to be done. I wasted money on the call out fee and didn’t even have the repair done, no water to the house for 24 hours as a result with 3 young kids in the house, do yourself a favour and don’t use rip off Jim’s services.

Didn't expect such good service to be honest. Adam Clark was super friendly, did the job quickly and left the place tidy. I can't speak for other staff but Adam gets a solid 5 stars and is highly recommended. Thank you
