Matt and Cherie have taken care of the maintenance of my pool for many years now. I trust them implicitly to come into my home when I am not present. Pool always looks great after Matt has been; they are happy to change their scheduled service date at my request and always available to answer questions with a smile. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone who has high expectations.

What an excellent experience with Matt at Clarity pools! Matt came to our rescue fixing our high maintenance pool with a broken cleaning system. No pool shop could figure it out so I was super happy when Matt took the time to problem solve and came up with a solid solution. Clarity Pools has been servicing my pool now for years. Matt is very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. The pool is left pristine.He only charges what is needed each month, and if (in the hotter months) you need him in an emergency he will be there ASAP!Can’t recommend enough..

I am very impressed with the service that Matt from Clarity Pool Services gives. I am a new client of his and he fit me in straight away even though he had so much going on with other pools after the flooding around the coast recently. He got my pool looking beautiful and ready to swim in on the day he visited. He had everything he needed to make that happen including salt (which many on the Coast had run out of). Thanks Matt, absolutely loving my pool and the fact that I don't have to do ANYTHING to take care of it! On time professional service, had Matt look at our chlorinator, pump and filter and learned that we did not need to spend big $$ on equipment replacements, as was suggested as likely by someone else. Instead, the filter, due to it's large capacity and overall good condition can be serviced for a fraction of a replacement cost, leaving us with an as-new generously sized filter, rather than replacing with a smaller one. We since purchased a good quality robotic cleaner, which Cherie and Matt sourced at a competitive price. We are very happy with the result, the pool is cleaner that ever since we moved here, no more cleaners getting stuck or missing parts. Great responsive business, good folks to deal with. Clarity Pool Services have been looking after our pool for five years. Matt and Cherie are extremely professional and trust worthy. Nothing is too much trouble, including last minute requests. Our dogs even get a treat! Highly recommended.

My pool was 11 years old and had started getting black marks all over the walls and some on the bottom. I tested the water at several local pool shops and tried many different treatments that were recommended, but the stains were getting worse. We were told we needed to acid wash or maybe resurface the pool to fix the issue.As a last resort I called Clarity Pool Services and Matt was able to call around and test the water and provide professional advice. He identified the issue was not algae (which was what we had been treating) and began treating the water. Within 2 weeks the black marks began to clear up and after about 6 weeks the pool was completely clear of the black marks.We now use Matt for a monthly service and check, and we find it is great value and gives us peace of mind.
