Disgrace service purchased all our phones from this store never again I will take the business elsewhere arrogant and know nothing on the products they sell maybe you have a new store you should of stuck with the old staff much better service from them

Had a great experience today, a shout out to Amy who was super helpful knew what she was talking about. No question bothered her. Would recommend Telstra at Ingle Farm anytime, as the team were all fantasic.

I called in to the store to assist with a business change of ownership involving a couple of mobile services only to be told that they can't deal with paper forms in store any longer. This despite having copies of ID's and letters of authority. I am in the store because communication with the online consultant did not make sense to me and I needed help to explain what was required. They would not even look at the printed emails I had to try work out what the problem was...

5 failed commitments by their warehouse team to call me back. They constantly have their phone system redirected to voicemail so you can’t call them back to after they fail to call you back like promised.Call me, sort this out and we can discuss changing this review. I’ve left you another voicemail.

Excellent experience. Staff member Andrew is a credit to the business, should be leading customer service training. Very friendly, found a solution for a new phone and plan for me very quickly, efficient in sorting out the paperwork and offered some good value adds. Store is clean, well stocked and no problems. Happy I went to the store.

One of the most usless stores I have ever been to. The salesman set up my wifi modem on someone else's account can't get access to itHad to get another sim card from the servo at 10pm but at least the online chat managed to sort out all the issues and really helped out

Transferring phone to Telstra went great, staff got me phone setup and ready to go on the day I went in. Then you ruined it by calling and asking if I had a positive experience. I said I had but my new phone had an issue, the response “but aside from that positive” I said I guess and then they hung up. Could have pointed me in the right direction to get phone sorted or told me to bring it in but nothing… this just shows you want the feedback and don’t care about customers after moneys changed hands. I was a bit taken back but now I know where I stand with this shop…what’s the point of after sales call if you can’t help when somethings wrong??? Terrible customer service/experience as I walked and before I could even finish explaining what I am having an issue with I was given a number to call and told to take it up with someone over the phone which I found quite rude and didn't offer any help

After Telstra Modbury couldn't/didn't want to help me, even after I told them it was possible. (they recieved 1 star) did you guys help me very well and super fast. Thanks for the great service :)
