very dissapointed when u try to shop local and this is what happens . fine fix 8 told me my phone would be ready in 1 day , it has been 6 . On top of this I was called today and told my phone would be ready this afternoon when I got to the shop at 4pm it was not ready and had just been started. very dissapointed. further more one week later my phone will not work . and shop admitted they didn't know what they where doing. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND AVOID THIS SHOP

A cracked screen took two months to repair. Very disappointing customer service. As a result of the poor work, I have had to buy a new phone. I do not recommend this place. Good for phone covers, but dubious repairs.

fixed screen but broke my home button which is $300 to replace. i went in there for a $160 Repair of the effing phone screen, the home button was fine till they touched it. don't go here

terrible customer service. completely ruined my iphone 7+ that i took in just to get the lightly smashed screen fixed and still had to pay full price.

It was really lovely to be in your store in such a happy atmosphere and then watch you guys put such great effort into retrieving another customers lost phone for them !!! Great customer service! Went in to have my iPhone screen repaired and received a completely useless phone back with a broken home button and it rebooting every 5 mins. They refused to take any responsibility or refund any money. Shame.

good experience,the owner Naomi very helpful,the service 1st class & the price was very competitive,,they had a good range of cases as well,,other work-mates have used them too & were happy with the service..highly recommend them to anyone.

went in to have phone screen fixedcame out with a broken home button, broken light and cameras as well as huge black dots and doubled image on screenshe blames it on my phone which worked perfectly fine before going to her and still had to pay full pricewish you could give -5 stars

Inexperienced staff, terrible customer service and an all round horrible experience. I went in to have a small issue with my iPhone 7 fixed and came out with multiple other issues in addition to it. They do not have the appropriate equipment to fix phones - using a pair of scissors and then a pen that exploded ink everywhere to try to open iPhone screws. I took it to a different phone technician the next day and when he opened it up it had screws missing and the inside of the phone was a mess. Save yourself some money and time and go elsewhere. I love to support local businesses but you'll come off worse off in this case. Once you have paid they refuse to assist you any further.
