Store manager comes across rude and arrogant with no customer service skills so ever. Bevilles don’t standby their promise (they promise the world before purchase and deliver none after you make the purchase despite having evidence). Will never shop from them.

The person whom I believe was the store manger or team leader as she had all the keys, came across as aggressive and rude, I will say that she was very intimidating in her manner, it made me fearful to shop there.

I walked in to buy a gift for my step-daughters mum- but was distracted by a beautiful ring... A lovely Kim assisted me & my husband with ring sizing, gave suggestions on how to go about selecting rings given my allergies to metals found in low ct gold, and my husband's ring. Kim was wonderful & bubbly! Unlike other sales representatives I've dealt with in other jewellery stores, I didn't feel pressured into purchasing high price items, and because of this- felt more comfortable in doing so! (good for you Kim!). Kim polished the gift for my step daughter, and overall made our experience great! I definitely recommend Kim & her lovely customer service. Warm Regards - Natalie

Absolutely horrible experience! Would give a 0 star if I could!!!!! Went to buy a watch which was the value of $1500 on boxing day sales and the ladies were absolutely rude and obnoxious. To the point they were almost yelling. They didn't want to answer questions which were vaild for a customer to ask. What customer service yells at you when you ask a question that clarifies what is being asked. I will never go back to them even for something that is valued at $100 not worth the business! Would rather pay more elsewhere for good customer service!

I purchased a gold dimond ring in a claw seting it was faulty the claws caught on every thing. I returned it to Bevels i paid cash they refused my cash refund gave me a gift card . Had ring inspection from independent jewellers who said ring definitely faulty . Staff were rude . WARNING to all BEVELS customers. I had worn the ring bevels are aware of that. THey told me the ring was polished and now back on display for sale . BEWARE They are selling a second hand ring as new .

Absolutely no after sales service. Inferior quality goods.I purchased 2 gold chains (60% off sale) just before christmas, one for a gift, the other for myself. Both were broken within 2 weeks.When I returned mine i was told it wasn't covered by any warranty because it broke when i was taking off my Tshirt (it didn't catch on anything). Said they could quote to get it fixed, which i agreed to. Next communication was a msg telling me it was ready to be picked up. Thinking they must have ended up fixing in under warranty, I arrived to pick it up to be told it was $26. No quote given so I could shop around, and this was more than half what I paid on their great special.I left it at the shop and am currently pursuing further action. Needless to say I didn't leave the other one to be fixed after embarrassingly picking it up from the recipient.I would not recommend Bevilles to anyone. Shop at a reputable jeweller instead. Very disappointing.

I've been to so many stores to find the perfect necklace for a special occasion on such short notice and no luck. I had the best service at Bevilles, I'm beyond happy and all thanks to one of the most positive and beyond helpful workers, Amanda. Honestly, ask for her she is amazing. She kept bringing out different types of necklaces, and helped me find the perfect one that fit my budget. I'll definitely be returning back to her whenever I need jewellery

Bought some earnings for my missus, 1 week later they broke. Returned them for a new pair, 1 month later they broke again. Returned them for a refund, they got sent to head office and when they returned I was told by the ladies working there I could only exchange or get store credit. Called customer service and they told me I was approved for a refund. Guessing the girls working there tried to trick me or something, they were nice when I bought but rude when I tried to return. Customer service rep was super helpful.

We recently had to take my wife’s engagement ring back to Bevilles at Penrith as a diamond fell out of the ring about a year after the original purchase date. We purchased the care plan for the ring which stated that if diamonds fell out due to a manufacturing fault, they would be repaired/replaced as part of the care plan. Well of course Bevilles has said the diamond fell out due to misuse of the ring and were unable to provide any proof that misuse had occurred. They made us pay $100 to get the diamond replaced this was despite one of the staff members saying that it was a good ring and that diamonds shouldn’t be falling out this early on. The ring was well looked after. When ever it wasn’t being worn it was placed in its case that it came in.One of the lady’s who we dealt with who I assume is the store manager has no idea how to deal with customers in a polite manner. She showed nothing but hostility when we first walked into the store for assistance.If you want an engagement ring or other piece of jewellery that you want to wear for the rest of your life. I would recommend walking straight past Bevilles and going straight to one of the “professional” jewellers in westfield penrith like Michael Hills, Prouds or Goldmarks. You might pay a bit more, but will be worth it in the long run!Because a well look after engagement ring losing diamonds after a year is not ideal. Thanks Bevilles.
