Hi Felicity and Co,Can you please respond to my numerous emails (potentially blocked on your end). As you are aware your professional negligence, lies and now refusal to rectify the problem you caused, has cost my small business not only thousands of dollars in fees, but continues to incur interest and fees the longer you ignore me.I will not let this go as much as you would like to think it will just go away. Thousands of dollars to a small business is life changing and I will not be forced to close because of you and your completely unprofessional behaviour.For anyone considering using this business it is my own personal opinion to avoid at all costs! I have encountered nothing but false promises, lies, professional negligence and an inability to take responsibility for her actions.I have everything in writing and will be making reports to the Australian Taxation Board as well as anyone else that will listen if this isn't resolved immediately. It's not only myself being affected but 10+ staff, mostly mums, just trying to provide for their families.Do the right thing!
