Headcase Hair

Whilst I've only been here around five times so far (most of which have been to get foils, a wash + treatment, trim & blow-dry etc), not once have I been dissatisfied with the end result in the slightest, or with any aspect of my experience whatsoever. If anything, they've always more than exceeded my expectations.Their pricing is more than reasonable, they have an assortment of teas & other drinks which they offer on arrival, and the basin chairs are actually really comfortable (they even have a built in back massage setting).

Jon is one o do the best stylists in Sydney (imo the best). He’s also very friendly and warm ❤️

Pawel is the best! He not only saved my blonde damaged hair, he gives the best blow out in Sydney lasts for days!

I have been frequenting this salon for over 10 years for my hair colour and cutting and styling. My colour is usually with Vince and my cut and style with Jon. They are the salon directors and experts in their field with a long history of great experience and skill. I’ve always had professional and personalised service here. Their service and treatment is always about what would suit me and look good on me - rather than the latest fad or craze. I really appreciate this. I feel that they care about me and the experiences that I have there. This is why I have been such a long time customer. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I have been going to Head Case for over 7 years now, travelling every 5 to 6 weeks to the Paddington salon. I can honestly say, Vince, John and their respective teams are the best in the business. Vince knows exactly the colour that suits me and what compliments the texture of my hair. I always put my trust in his recommendations and have never been disappointed. Bryer and Donna always give me great haircuts. The whole team are just fabulous and so welcoming. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I went to this salon to get ready for my birthday celebration with a nice trim and some styling (I have curly hair and I wanted it really straight and smooth). Even though the lady that looked after me was nice, the services she provided weren’t what I expected, I had booked for a trim and styling and they said that the receptionist was new and that she might have booked a shorter appointment, therefore the hairdresser was working in a rush with the pressure from a lady who came to her twice asking if she was ready because there was someone else waiting for her. Of course she was stressed and so was I, at the end, instead of leaving feeling satisfied and happy I noticed my hair was not as smooth as I wanted, they charged me a different price than the one they told me on the phone when I booked the appointment and when I got home I realised I had a white coat on my hair that looked like dandruff and since I felt really disappointed I called the place, they said that was some residue from the product they used and asked me to use my blower to try to get rid of it (which has never happened to me before and of course didn’t solve the problem). I had to wash my hair since the look of my hair was messy and dirty.

I have always had the most amazing experience when coming to visit the guys at headcase! The whole team is so welcoming and warm! John is the best hair stylist I have come across, I always walk out feeling like just enough has been cut off and it feels great, he also takes great pride in blending and his attention to detail is like no other, also always love our chats. Vince colour corrected my hair around 2 years ago now, I absolutely loved the results, my balayage was so blended and was a beautiful colour, he also maintained the tone and has continued colouring my hair since.I will not go anywhere else.The best in the business.Love you guys.
