Had the RACV check out a clicking sound coming from the back, turns out my wheel bearing was bust. I basically couldn't drive in case my wheel fell off and Mark saved my butt. I gave him short notice and he ordered the parts and had the car fixed within a day, he also showed me the broken bearing and had the car ready to drive away. Legend and a nice guy.

Mark is a brilliant mechanic and knowledgeable technician. After being advised by another auto-mechanic that an entire assembly needed replacing, I took the vehicle to Mark, who diagnosed and fixed the electrical fault within 20 minutes. There were no parts required — only intellect and labour — and Mark’s rate was very reasonable indeed. He’s an excellent and respectful communicator who takes the time to explain his diagnostic process. I have no hesitation in declaring my trust and confidence in Mark – he’s a keeper! Call him first to schedule an appointment. For me, it’s very convenient that he can schedule the job for a Saturday as I work full time.
