WORST SERVICES！！！I went to Optus Box Hill today for checking my account status. A female staff was service to me and she told me that my account was two years ago she can’t look at it and ask me to call to Optus. She told me she will sent me the phone number for calling to check the account. Okay, fine. I accepted that. BUT after one hour I didn’t receive any messages from Optus and I went back to the store ask the same lady. The lady told me the number in a very unfriendly and impatient tone. Okay, that’s fine again. When I called the number is not available. What’s going on? So mean I am no longer to Optus, I will get the service like that? Please get me an explain…. Thank you!

Bad experience today they value only Chinese customer’s don’t even talk properly with other nationals so dissatisfied

Good staff! They guide me as well as I expect. They ask me what I need and then they suggest the best plan and service that suits me. The shop is big and modern with comfortable furniture and I feel convenient in the waiting time. I have bought several services and plans from this Optus branch.

Was served by Emily today and she had all the knowledge and was quick to fix all the problems that was caused in optus Eastland (wasted about 4 hours and got a bigger problem due to visiting Optus Eastland). I was so pleased by her and other friendly staff in optus boxhill.If you don’t want to waste your time, I would recommend you to go to optus boxhill because they know what they are doing and will give you a solution.Anyways Thanks again! We will be back again!
