Exceptional customer service from the lovely lady who served us today, 16th of July 2021. My mum needed some help getting present for my sister and we left very very satisfied, the lady who served us made it a really easy and pleasurable experience and we were so happy to support local! 10/10 customer service (and we even got our presents wrapped, complimentary of course!) xxx

I have a sentimental ring that had been handed down to me from my Grandfather, that was the wrong size for my hands. I visited the lovely team at Jewellers Goldsmiths to restore the antique ring, and to make it my own. Ania's experience in the industry made the whole process so much easier. She was able to work with me towards a design that I loved. The extra time and care that she took to restore this special ring was invaluable. I would highly reccomend my friends and family to this local family business who really looks after their clients.

Typical sales staff... They are your best friend until you have a problem.My partner purchased a beautiful ring for me from them, i had it for less than 10 months half of that time it sat in my jewelry box as it didn't fit, i took it out of the box to clean it and get it sized when it broke due to a faulty setting....They refused to fix it under warranty and tried to charge me an obscene amount to fix it. I went around the corner to a competitor who told me it was made with low quality products and the metal had gone brittle and is charging me half the price to fix it.Not impressed very glad my partner and i decided at the last minuet to purchase our engagement ring from a well know jeweler.......Will not return to this store......

The last of the few remaining 'Real' jewellers around. A family business with 3 very qualified jewellers, not just young sales people retailing over priced cheap bought-in rubbish with 70% off sales every other day. I have had nothing but professional, quality service from these guys in the many years I have dealt with them. They have made special custom (of my own design) jewellery of quality I could not fault. I highly recommend these guys if you value true value in jewellery.

This family run local business sells beautiful unique jewellery. All the jewellery I've purchased has been good quality and lasted for many years.

A very busy store unfortunately let down by poor sales service (twice). Shopping for an engagement ring and was told to look at the display cabinets and make an appointment with the jeweller. My wife couldn’t see the rings as they were to high for her.Went back the next day shopping for a wedding ring after getting an engagement ring elsewhere. Passed back and forth between two staff when looking at styles and asking for a price and then ignored in favour of other customers who arrived after us. Perhaps the discussion of their upcoming holiday was more interesting, or they were friends of the owners.

Absolutely love the girls and their work. Had my partners shark tooth pendent done and it turned out incredible. We are both so happy with the quality and care of the tooth. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good pricing for the quality.

The only jewelry store I trust!A true family owned and operated business.I've bought a few items over the years and I have never had a single problem! I was looking for a rose gold pendant and chain with a green stone and hunted high and low... so I wondered in to say hello and was having a conversation about what I wanted. As rose gold isn't overly popular and rather hard to find, AniaRoy went over and above to help me. She found the most gorgeous stone and designed the most beautiful rose gold pendant to go with a sturdy rose gold chain they ordered to compliment the piece, as well as last!If I'm ever in the market to spoil myself or my special someone, Chris & AniaRoy at Goldsmith Jewellers are my one and only stop!
