From the moment I walked in to my first appointment with Connie it was amazing. Connie understood my vision & was so patient with me. Penrith Bridal has a great range of high quality of dresses. The shop itself is lovely and made homely with the requirement to take off your shoes on arrival. A five star recommendation also goes to Connie who help me find THE dress! From the start she asked all the right questions, had great expertise and intuition. She made my friends and I feel so comfortable and gave us that fun experience every bride dreams of having. I'm so happy with the experience and look forward to seeing Connie again, as her talents also extend to doing the alterations!

I honestly can’t recommend Penrith Bridal enough. From the moment I first walked into the store to when I picked up my dress the team were nothing but professional, kind and accommodating. I can’t fault them at all, Connie & the team were so wonderful especially when making changes to my dress 8 weeks prior to the wedding due to my constant fluctuating weight. The decision was made to add straps to my original strapless Justin Alexander gown (which was definitely the right choice & I felt more comfortable for the entirety of the day). My dress was absolutely perfect & fitted my outgoing personality, with countless people complimenting how stunning the dress was.

The team at Penrith Bridal Centre are simply amazing and I cannot recommend them or their store enough.I went there to try on dresses full of nerves and anxiety and they were so kind and knowledgeable that the anxiety eased.I was trying to book a second appointment before my trunk show dress left, and Madeline was extremely professional and so kind when I had to cancel and rebook and managed to get me in on the last day.Special shout out to Connie who looked after me on my first visit and was the best bridal consultant ever!Thank you so much for helping me find my dream dress. I knew after my first visit that I wouldn't be buying my dress anywhere else!

I cannot express how thankful I am to have found Penrith Bridal. After a literal nightmarish experience at another bridal store (where I actually purchased a gown only for it to be completely wrong upon completion), Melinda and her team were nothing short of amazing.They are professional, friendly and great at what they do. The whole process felt luxurious - from assistance in your own mini suite to swapping out and trying on an array of gowns and accessories with your own personal stylist.I felt comfortable, not rushed in the slightest and BEAUTIFUL!Thank you, thank you, thank you Melinda and team for a wonderful experience.
