You've got convenience with an elevator, waiting room (fully enclosed), a single island with decent shelter and of course, Epping vibes.

The suburb of South Morang was redrawn to accommodate this station so they could call it South Morang. As a native South Morangian, I am deeply offended by this. This station will never be the South Morang station to me, it will always be an imposter. Mill Park North Station more like.

Lack of parking for a station built only a few years ago. The solution was a gravel/dust/mud car park that is full by 7am.

Well maintained and clean station. Bus station is just right outside. Has a small seating area in the station and a small cafe right outside the entrance. Sometimes a bit noisy in the morning because of construction of new line to Mernda.

This train station has fundamental issues.There is no ramp to get off the platform so if the lift breaks then people in wheelchairs will be stranded on the platform.The carpark is a complete joke. Tiny, with the temporary dirt car park land lease expiring at some point this will mean a decrease in parking on it's way. Shopping centre parking is not to be used for train travel.To get from the bus stops to the train platform, you have to go through the waiting area, which is a bottleneck with 2 very slow moving glass sliding doors. When the bus sometimes allows you 30 seconds to get to the train that's pretty poor design.

Lots of connecting buses, good parking, 2 min walk to Westfield, train going to Merda 2019 or earlier

There are a few things about this station I don't like;There is no fully sheltered waiting area on the platform, only one on the concourse;The ticket gates are set to be bidirectional at all times, so I have nearly missed trains while fighting the stream of alighting passengers who won't let me use a gate;There is a metal chair corner at knee height in the waiting room, which creates a bottleneck and which I've bumped into a few times.But trains come and go from here so I guess it serves its purpose.

It's a station. Not sure about full service though. Couldn't find a staff member at all and needed to ask some questions. Platform is grubby and dingy. South Morang is loose at best. More like Epping.

Train station facilities are good and close to Westfield and heaps of bus stops. Well maintained and adequate waiting area.
