Superb and very friendly service by Lucy and the team. We popped our tire and Lucy managed to very quickly get us sorted by replacing new tire. Thanks again Lucy, we are able to continue our trip smoothly. I will recommend to anyone requiring assistance with their tires.

This is the third time I've taken my car to these guys because of an 'on the spot' issue and every, single, time, they've managed to fit me in and do a great job to quickly get me going again. Big thanks to Matt and the team. Absolute Legends!

Edit: I recently move to Canberra and currently work for a multi site car dealership. I have also modified cars/raced cars/ and have been doing my own mechanical work for half my life now. I will admit that I didn't know that mazda 3 took iridium sparkplugs but still the reply from the business owner claiming defamation and asked to have my review removed by Google, claims they did not charge $211. I took the paper work down. Pointed out to the staff member where it said $211. Asked if I was misunderstanding or mis reading. They said no. I then left and will be forwarding all this too Goodyear's head offices including the paper work. Along with the receipt for $150 for the drive belt replacement, that states it had a $74 discount applied..So I recently found out a lovely single mother I know has been getting rorted by this company. I went over her two last invoices and to charge $211 to swap out spark plugs on a Mazda 3 is an insult. But also charge for what, any reputable mechanic, would absorb with their $148 p/hr labour charges. Like environmental levy for disposing of changed fluids ($6). I also found out she was give 2 prices on having belts swapped, got them down to under $200 on her own. But what really did it was that spark plugs and belts are typically changed with a major service as standard. But to double and triple dip like that is disgusting. I will be following up with head office, and giving my own, qualified, and experienced opinion on how disgusting this behaviour is as it makes all mechanics, including genuine and honest ones, look bad

A damn nail in my tyre on a busy day. The boys helped me out whilst I was waiting and was back on the road in under an hour. After more than 5 years of great service with these guys I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Matt and John and the whole team at Goodyear Gungahlin are very friendly, provide excellent service and are professional with their work. I always feel comfortable taking my car there and knowing they will look after me.

10/10 called ahead and rocked up with a screw in one tyre, they fixed that and replaced 2 other tyres and my obligatoray coffee was still hot when they finished. Quick, professional, reasonably priced. Couldn't be better

Excellent customer service, dropped in because I had a slow leak in one of My tyres. Screw decided to lodge itself in the front tyre. Staff were very friendly, in and out within 30 minutes. Very helpful
