Overall I really enjoyed the experience, had a wonderful massage and facial with lovely products.It would be good if Vie Spa could accommodate for people living in a larger body, i.e. have a couple different sizes of robes available in the change room.

Had a couples massage. We had an extra long spa bath which I am sure cut into our massage time. Massage seemed very short and they didn’t seem to take notice of the “firm” request. My partners massage seemed to be very rushed to keep in time with mine and he said his was almost ticklish. For the price we paid for this we were very underwhelmed and disappointed.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst massage we have ever had. We basically paid way too much money for a couple women to rub myself and my husband with oil. Could have done that ourselves! They make you fill out a form beforehand with preferences and how you like your massage, which was blatantly ignored (why make us fill this out then?). Would never go back. Please avoid it if you like real massages.

This was the biggest disappointment of my holiday. Came for daily pampering, no appointments, no answers, eventually got to speak with the very patronising manager. If you are booked out for the next ten months you would be in there working flat out wouldn’t you?I felt sorry for the resort reception staff who think you are there and open when you are no where to be found.

Amazing experience, a little pricey but the massage is worth it. I had Rebecca and she was awesome. The pressure was perfect and strong. I would highly recommend Rebecca for a scrub and massage any day. Will definitely be coming back.

My mother and wife went here and they said it was 45min of bliss, the products they use are amazing and the ladies that looked after them went above and beyond. They both came out glowing after the massage.

I personally would go to a different salon. I found my massage was quick and I paid extra for a scalp massage which was just fingers running through the hair which was not worth the extra $30. Their relaxation room wasn't up to date and out dated. We ordered a foot mask but got a more expensive foot treatment which we didn't ask for. No one checked on up in the relaxation room. The amount of money spent, it's not up to their name. They need updating and bring the nature in. I won't be coming here again.

Went for a couple's treatment with both getting massages. I had a scrub and partner had a 30 minute facial. This was $230pp. The facilities are fantastic and the service was pretty good. We were taken through for refreshments in the relaxation area before our treatments. The massage was a relaxing style massage so if you like firm massages go elsewhere as even if you tick the firm box this doesn't seem to be on the menu. However it was still very relaxing. I really enjoyed the all over scrub. Facial was okay, again more of a relaxing facial rather than a clinic one.

Possibly the best massage I’ve had, went out of the way to ensure this. The staff are lovely, the spa itself is clean, quiet and with a sense of calm. My one issue is with being able to make an appointment because they get so busy and if you are staying at the hotel, having access to the on-site spa Is pretty important so FYI, book early! Thanks Vie Spa, I’ll be back!

We absolutely loved the experience at Vie Spa. From the moment we walked in, Justine was extremely friendly and accomodating. Our massage treatments were incredible and the ambience on the relaxation lounge was spot on. Special mention to Justine, Solante and Diana who went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!
