Camp Australia - Cranbourne
The staff at the camp looking after the kids are caring and nice. The problem is with the online Portal system which does not adequately update CCS with MYGOV so we pay the full amount without CCS then Camp receives CCS from MYGOV and CAMP kept the excess as a credit in the past. It can take up to 20min wait to speak to a representative on the phone.
