Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Not only completely messed up our order but almost handed it away for free after waiting 30 mins. There was a chicken bone inside the chips and tough chicken. Just don’t even bother m, try maccas

Service was terrible half our meal was missing store was filthy Zoe the store manager when I rang said we could have a store credit. Didn’t enjoy our half meal tonight and not looking forward to the other half

The service was slow. The young girl that served me was rude and abrupt (needs to seriously work on her people skills) and the chicken pieces were greasy and had a weird taste. Very disappointed with KFC Inverell.

What ever happened to store pride? The interior is constantly trashed and dirty. I understand the drive thru can be busy but the issue must either be lacklustre management or underpaid and overworked staff. Food was good though and only took around 10 mins for dine in

Very disappointed in KFC Inverell, the restaurant is very dirty and the toilets are unusable because of how dirty they are aswell.Does not look like they have a regular cleaning schedule has turned me and my family off dinning here and getting take away.The food is also not good, chicken was dry and very small aswell as chips.The entrance also had tiles and bricks missing and was a trip hazard for us to enter.Been here a few times to give a chance but have decided now not to attend this establishment.

I have been here quite a few times now and every-time the staff have been fairly friendly, the food has been good, I wouldn’t say great but has been good.I will return in the future, quite enjoyed my meal.

Was served by Grace who was exceptionally rude and provided the worst customer service. When asked for a receipt she rolled her eyes and scoffed. Very poor customer service skills that needs to be addressed. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Very slow drive through service mid afternoon on a Monday! Some items were missing from iny order.Food itself was the usual KFC fare. You pretty much know what you will get at any outlet.Staff were quite affable.Big, wide drive through, unlike some tight as other outlets.

The Toilet, Restaurant Floor & Tables all dirty and badly needed cleaning. The Rubbish Bins were overflowing they were that full. The Restaurant was busy as it was lunchtime but due to the lack of cleanliness and what looked like poor hygiene standards, we couldn't wait to get out of there unfortunately. There seemed to be a lack of staff rostered on to cope with the work required.The asphalt in the carpark is in an appalling condition and badly needs replacing. Not a good look when you arrive off the O Connor Street entry. The whole Restaurant needs a major overhaul and updating. I only wish now that I had taken some photos to show what is badly needed as it was once a great place for many years but not any more.
