Absolute legends! Came in for the 1st time today after someone had decided that they wanted to try n steal my custom pink aerial & the service was top shelf! The lovely man who served me went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be back to shop again! Old fashioned country service and friendly! Will be recommending your business to everyone! Needed a couple of radiator hoses, no one in Brisbane showed any interest in them, not enough money I suppose. Found Gatton Farm on Google, best move I ever made. Grant bent over backwards to find the right hoses for me. When I got there to pick them up , Richard couldn't have been any more helpful. All in all a pleasant experience. A big change from some of the people doing me a favour selling me something. Highly recommended. Thank you. JK.

Purchased a part, they acted as the middle man, made a phone call and added their 30% on top. The item was delivered direct from their supplier, incorrect part but when I wanted to return it and get the correct part I was told Gatton Farm and Fasteners would not refund the 30% they added and if I sent back to the supplier I would incur a restock charge from supplier. Restock fee is fine but shame on Gatton Farm and Fasteners on refusing to refund the money they added on top. Not their stock, just the middle man.
