Well Mr Telco was booked to come to my place at 1.30 on Friday 4 February 2022.. So I left my previous appointment early so I was home by 1.10, my land lord was here at 1.20 until 2.45 and nothing. Not a phone call nothing. so we made to phone calls and left 2 messages and yes you guessed NO PHONE CALL BACK. Now if you have actually called their number, their recording tells you they do the 20/20. what is this?/ Well IF they have not called you back in the 20 minutes they give you $20. So they owes us $40, of if you want to work it out form the whole 2.5 hours of wasted time they would owe us $180.00. Then about a hour late a email came through to say they are very sorry but my appointment was --- get this--- ' OVERLOOKED'. Now if that is how you run a business then this company needs to look very hard at the way it is run. I was shocked as I have never in my life had a company tell me they 'OVERLOOKED' an appointment. Just shocking. either get your act together MR TELCO on you will not survive. :(:(:(

Well... I made an appointment last week for today at 10am to come and install a land line... It was confirmed and they never turned up... no call, nothing. My advice... dont waste your time with this company.

If i could give these guys 0 Stars I would, they organise to come out, don't show up, then don''t return your calls, just promise after promise broken. worst service, plus you can never contact them you need to leave a message and you will never get a call back. don't know how they're still in business

I’m so happy that I got in contact with these guys as they were able to help me fix the issue I’ve had for over a week with my internet connection while being on the phone to my provider asking them for help all week with absolutely no help from them at all, I told these guys what my problem was and they were able to help me fix it straight away. Mr Telco/Dean is an absolute NIGHTMARE! Made me pay money for ‘site design’, then stopped contacting me. After a week of ‘I’ll call in an hour… 2 hours… this afternoon…tomorrow morning etc etc’, we decided we weren’t comfortable giving them any more money and asked for a refund. But then, it has become a 3 month long nightmare trying to get our money back. Again, putting us off with timeframes that were never respected. The customer service from Dean is the worst I’ve ever had in my life. I wish I read the reviews before going anywhere near this company because it seems there have been many others in the same boat as me. The head office never answers the phones or emails and I haven’t had one reply to numerous voice mails. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Very frustrating and time wasting. Quoted the job but then 3 times that job was arranged, they did not turn up and no communication until I messaged them. If I wasn’t desperate to get job done then I wouldn’t have bothered contacting them. After the third No show I didn’t bother and never heard from them again. Luckily I found another company who had good communication and turned up first time. Gold Coast.

Has been a nightmare to deal with. Terrible experience, had to reschedule a job that was confirmed previously by them and had zero feedback about it. Did not bother to call and cancel, did not reply after it. They seriously do not care.

Never resolved the fault but still charged $299 for the pleasure of doing business with them. The NBN technician could not really work out why they didn’t complete the job in the first place and was at a loss to how they could have still charged us. The Mr Telco staff stated that a report was going to be issued, that was never sent. Called to question Mr Telco about the report and no callback with in 20 minutes was ever made. Buyer beware, look for better alternative as there are plenty.
