When my commercial premises were broken into they were onsite within half an hour and had measured and replaced my glass before 11am. They made it so simple I can highly recommend them to any business out there needing glass repaired ASAP.

Very hard to find in the phone book or Google. Comes up as Bunbury Shower Screens. Hubby broke the sliding while whipper snipping. They came out the following day and replaced it. Great service but really need to make it easier to find them.

I had a problem with the rollers on a glass sliding door on the farm. Called Bunbury City Glass. Susan was very helpful. I was coming to Bunbury and suggested bringing the door to them to see if they could fix it.When I arrived it took less than a minute to have someone look at the door. He had me reverse into the workshop and within no more than 15minutes both roller mechanisms and the bottom rubber seal had been replaced, the door cleaned and the bottom stile refitted. Cost $42 - around the retail cost of the replacement runner mechanisms.All-in-all this was a great customer service experience. The door now works perfectly.All staff that I dealt with were helpful, knowledgeable and capable. I highly recommend this company and will certainly use them myself for all my glass requirements.

was in real need for an item from their store but they close at 4 and i dont finish until 4. the lady that was working offered to stay back on a Friday for me so i could come and collect it. she was so helpful and didnt rush me out the door. not many people if any at all are willing to do that these days. very appreciative.
