Owners are encouraged to attend the AGM and get involved in their scheme through involvement on the Strata Committee. New Strata Committee members are supported and made to feel welcome.The draft minutes are circulated to committee members in a timely manner with clear outcomes of motions and who is responsible for actions. The minutes of previous meetings are reviewed and resolved.
