I had a pretty unpleasant customer service experience at Chealsea and Sparrow. Arrived 5min early to my 1pm appointment and 10min later someone else shows up with the same appointment time. The lady who was doing the nails came to me to confirm my appointment and then she asks me if I can return 20min. I asked her the reason and she says because we have clients waiting"

If you want perfect painless brows you need to go and see Marissa a Chelsea & Sparrow. Up until recently I never used to get my brows done but am now OBSESSED due to the amazing-ness that she achieves with them. I would not go anywhere else and would recommend her to anyone and everyone willing to listen! Haha she also does AMAZE-BALLS facials if I am ever in need of some pampering! A complete expert in her field!!
