SOS did a great job on replacing our gutters and down pipes. They were busy at the time and weren’t able to fit me in straight away, however they were up front about it and managed to squeeze me in the following week. Very happy with the work. Thanks SOS.

I had SOS clean my gutters over several years. The first time they came they did a top job, The second time it was OK, Then they started sending out Irish back packers that did shoddy work at over inflated prices, I complained to SOS via their standard letter they send but they never replied. I have since gone else where. Unless they have recently upt the quality of their staff and work, I would give them a big miss.

Having had a great experience with them fixing a roof leak in the past I called to request a quote to replace a section of guttering. Was told they would organise asap. After several weeks of hearing nothing I emailed them. Was copied in to a please-follow-up email to the contractor (?) weeks ago. Still nothing..Will try someone else.

I was reasonably happy with the work done, mainly my one patio gutter, and one section of my roof gutter. Unfortunately, they were impossible to contact by phone, and no answers to my emails. But mainly they overcharged for the small amount of work done.

Great company with quick response times. Very professional and friendly. Their communication was fantastic and I received a comprehensive report at the end of the job including pictures. Highly recommend and I would use them again :)

very poor experience trying to get a quote. They are reluctant to come out and quote as they are so busy doing insurance jobs (so the girl told me). Got a booking for a day which was my RDO - I explained to the guy that I was going out but I will re arrange my schedule to stay home for the quote. I get only one day off a month. I waited all day. No one showed. No one called me. I got a call at the end of the week -no apology, no explanation, zero care factor. Told them to forget it.
