Glorious You

I have been seeing Tracey with my kids for Neurofeedback and Kineseology since 2020. For myself I have been going away on her retreats for similar time frame.Let’s talk about the combination of using Neurofeedback and Kineseology first with my children - ASD 2 + ADHD.Tracey has supported them beautifully. To integrate their energy, emotions in a harmonious calming environment. My children can present with very heightened moods, with sensory overload to over stimulation and everything in between. Tracey always showed them a calm presence, heard them, seen them, felt them and let them know they are perfect as they are. She helped guide the big emotions into something that was a harmonious way of living in society.The Neurofeedback combined with Kineseology was the glue that was missing I felt. We regularly attend OT, Psych, Speech and behavioural therapy. It was Neurofeedback opening new pathways that I saw a huge leap forward in the children understanding, grasping and using the techniques others have been teaching at a profound rate. We had melt downs for 1 to 1.5 hours to he now last around 5 mins and are a few times a week instead of a few times per day.The Kineseology is helping them realign their energy systems and feel more complete within themselves. Teaching them how to honour their instinct and intuition. Fit has been an absolute blessing.For myself. I have been on Tracey’s retreats. Surrounded by a bunch of other women of all different walks of life with very different backgrounds. It has been beautiful to meet, come together and share the space I found myself grow to a new level I had never experienced prior during and after every retreat. I look forward to attending the next one and always prioritise them. A place to become you. To leave the Mum, wife, daughter, sister, friend, work colleague hat behind and just be authentically yourself.I have also been blessed to have a yoni massage. To feel the trauma tension be released and open myself up to more pleasure, to rid myself of the shame I had been holding on to. It was an incredible experience.You will find Tracey a beautiful, harmonious, priceless investment for yourself and your loved ones.

Tracey is such a beautifully humble, strong and wise woman.Walking into the first retreat I went on of hers I was blown away by the level of compassion and charisma I could feel pouring from her magnificent heart.She really knows how to hold a safe container for all whom she interacts with.Private or group sessions I would highly recommend.I have experienced and heard nothing other than remarkable feedback about this woman and her offerings.

My Yoni Massage with Tracey allowed me to open & release old intergenerational pain that I was unaware I was storing in my body & with that I was able to meet a more delicious version of myself.
