I phoned up during the week before Christmas Day to ask if they would be open on Christmas Day to which they replied that they would be open at 6am. I had been given just one job, to bring 24 rolls to Christmas lunch! I ordered them, left my name and number and went up at 7:30 am on Christmas Day to collect the rolls only to find that they were closed! This resulted in a mad scramble to “borrow” rolls off friend so as to not disappoint the host! No attempt to contact me beforehand to advise they had made a mistake with their opening hours!

Love their selection of cakes - apple turnovers and chocolate croissants are my favourites. Lots of choice between breads - fruit loaf and pane de casa loaves are the best. Pies are a bit pricey but sausage rolls are deliciousss!

The custard and cream slices were very nice but the bacon and cheese twist was lacking the bacon and cheese. No taste. Apple strudel twist very nice.

Hot food is hard from sitting in the pie warmer too long. Cakes and savouries are unappetising and not finished correctly. Store smells of mothballs always looks dirty. Bread is ok though often with big holes in the gourmet range from over/under proving. Used to be a customer but go to much nicer store now.

Never open. Says open 7 days on the building, business hours here on Google say weekends. Even that seems wrong. Can't find a notice of being closed.

Bought 5 different cakes Sunday arvo all dry haven't had a problem before hope this is taken on as something to look at would like to come back
