High Street X ray provides excellent service. Staff are always courteous, friendly and reassuring. Parking is plentiful and free and waiting times are minimal. As a Commonwealth Health Care card holder, my visits are bulk billed. Results are always provided very quickly to referring doctors - and I have never had to wait for more than a day or so for an appointment. And simple x-rays don't even require an appointment. Highly recommend this practice.

First time attending the clinic yesterday afternoon for an MRI and was blown away by the genuine friendliness and care from the staff who looked after me; such a drastic difference to what I've experienced in other clinics. The reception staff were also lovely and my appointment was right on time. Highly recommend this clinic and will happily return in future. 10/10! :)

High Street X-ray is the most efficient and friendly business in Bendigo. All staff there are lovely, and customer service second to none. The caring and capable radiographers and radiologists are experts in their field and are always prompt with results. We are lucky to have this top class X-Ray facility in the centre of Bendigo, with free parking out front. Another welcome and added bonus is that concession card holders are bulk billed. Thanks again to all doctors and staff. We appreciate your help and friendly service so much.

I had a MRI at Bendigo X-ray High St on Wednesday. The 2 radiologist were most helpful, courteous and helpful.While in the tunnel they spoke to me and notified everything they were going to do. They spoke clearly and I felt confident.Thankyou for your support. It helps in what to the patient as a anxious time.

I was referred by my doctor to get an ultrasound performed and called High Street X-ray to book in. There was roughly a two week wait, but after a quick ring around, High Street was still the soonest appointment.I am always greeted by friendly staff, with high levels of professionalism. My ultrasound was performed by David who was absolutely lovely. He took the time to explain what be could see, was very considerate and was great to chat to. I was extremely happy with the service, and from previous experiences, still remain to be very satisfied with High Street X-ray.

In recent months, regrettably I have had to visit High Street X-ray at least six times. However, the good news is that I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency of the staff in all respects. I doubt I have had to wait as long as 10 minutes on any occasion. Keep up the good work as such service is a rarity these days. Thank you all.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time and booked in at reception. After 3/4 hour I went to enquire about the delay to find out the receptionist hadn’t booked me in. I then had to wait another 15 minutes to be seen. Staff doing procedure were delightful and professional but unhappy with not receiving an apology for the receptionists mistake.
