Air conditioning fault.If there was a lower than one star option, I would have ticked that box. Bara are in keeping with the dismal service levels we have come to expect in most trades these days. I am in the industry myself and understand the post Covid challenges all to well. All I expect is for people to try.Two weeks to order parts from their supplier based in Perth with the item in stock. Pleaded for assistance, no response. Offered to pay additional freight charges, no response. A further two weeks to have a go at installing said part only to find the parts were incorrect. No plan B from their tech, too hard basket as it was approaching 5 o’clock.Net result no air conditioning for five weeks now. Thanks Bara!Goes without saying, I will be making alternative arrangements to have my AC repaired.

Barra did a terrible, unprofessional job in our kitchen reno. The power points above the bench top were not all aligned, NO boxes installed inside the wall for the power points (our new electrician and tiler both said they have never seen that before! super bad workmanship), one power power is crooked, down lights were crooked, power point for the free standing oven installed in the wrong location (they installed directly behind the over with a spacer, resulting in the oven standing a good 100mmm from the wall once in position, they said that was acceptable!) they reused old frayed cords and cable ties to hang a new pendant light shade, did not cover up the new drawers when drilling, meaning our new soft close drawer runners had to be replaced, were heavy handed in the ceiling which then cause the ceiling to drop, over charged us for products we didn't have and the wrong products, plus over inflated the time spent at our house.The experience was horrific and we had to then get another electrician in to fix everything and basically start again.The worse experience we have ever had with any trade.

Had a great experience this morning as Donny from Bara Electrical came over to sort out a faulty light switch and do smoke alarm maintenance. He was on time, super friendly and polite and did the job well - a pleasure to have round on a morning. Would highly recommend this business to anyone considering them.

A new air conditioner was installed by Barra Feb 2022.We reported it faulty (codes saying it needed regassed or had a leak) on 19th December and were told there were no electricians available to help until Jan 5th.Today two electricians arrived - twiddled their thumbs and left half an hour later telling us it needs regassed but they don’t carry gas so they will have to send someone else. When we asked how long this will take they shrugged their shoulders.Very very poor service, sadly.

We had an excellent experience with Cody from Bara Electrical. He arrived right on time and got straight to work and worked solidly the whole time he was here. Although the job ended up being much bigger than was expected, he happily completed the job. We would not hesitate to recommend or use Bara Electrical again.

We asked this company to clean our 2 split systems which they said they did only to have mould growing out of them 3 months later. They told us that we needed to ask for a Deluxe clean for this and wiped their hands of any responsibility. Not happy as all.

Have used their services before and will again. Just great friendly service and very trusting for both myself and Bara Electrical.

Used Bara for years and they're always organised and reliable. Owner runs a tight ship. We had Donny come by and install a new oven. Fast and efficient friendly service, great guy and a good job.
