It has express service which is very good. Conversely, if there will be only 15mins gap instead of half n hour on sutherland areas than it would be perfect.

What will take for people to open eyes and report the problems at this station? Staff is the problem, they have the job they don't deserve and John, station manager is problem, sack him.

Same experience as others with the parking. Worst service when comes to help button. Rude and ignorant. If you don't wanna help then don't work in help centre. So hopeless and ruthless. Don't mind paying a few bucks but it's just false advertising when you said free parking when you spend $15 and over. We bought $200 worth of stuffs and this is how they look after their supporters. Disappointed.

Overall quite dirty, dim lighting in station and has some platforms still using concrete flooring.

The new parking system is terrible. Says tickeless but you have to get a ticket because the LPR can't capture my plate.Well then you need to verify your one hour free parking with shopping receipt.The worst part is the pay machine sometimes has issue with the barcode scan. Not the first time with long queue.....so frustratedLove the food and shop here... Just the parking part

Trains changed tracks and the station operator (mid 40's, caucasian male, greyish hair, sub-average build) was too busy playing on his phone with his feet up to notice. Upto 100 or more missed the train due to Angry Birds.Sydney transport needs to take a lesson from any other major city in the world.

So sick of the lack of announcement at the station! Can't read the board as its tiny, so by the time you get to read it, the train is leaving!! For gods sake announce where the train is going, just before the doors are closing announcement!! Instead of just standing and chatting during your shift
