The minute you walk into the spa you feel completely at ease. The environment and ambiance set by the team plus the calming essential oils has you relaxing immediately. Sitting in relaxation lounge with your herbal tea sets the tone for the treatment that's to follow. My therapist Sarah, was professional and warm, I knew I could completely surrender. The dim lighting, soft music, warm stones and being wrapped in a cosy blanket really are the extra touches that set endota out from the pack. I can't wait for my next treatment.

Really good experience. I have been here twice before and my brows looked so good after I had to come back yet again. The team working here are accommodating and friendly. And Sarah is very professional with her work and makes sure you’re happy with the job she has done. In case you want a little more done she is happy to assist and provide feedback which I really liked. My brows look really good and ready for the long weekend. Thank you.

I received a gift voucher and booked online. I got into the store and they refused to honour my gift card because it was a public holiday even though it didn’t specify this whatsoever. The lady did email me 4 hours before the appointment but I did let her know I was on holiday and hadn’t checked my emails, she said she phoned me but I said to her I had no missed calls and she said I must’ve put the wrong number and she couldn’t even confirm the mobile number she attempted to call.I had arranged a babysitter to attend this appointment and was so excited only to drive all this way and be refused.It’s a shame because Endota Spa is great brand but I’ll stick to the Noosa Endota instead.

Had a massage with Andrietta (I believe her name was, foreign accent). She was truly one of the best masseurs I have ever come across. I went in due to a bad pillow in a new apartment that left me with a stiff neck and shoulder pains. Had not been able to move my head properly for days. Left there swinging left and right without any pain. Truly remarkable. The lady at reception was also very kind and helpful. Even went so far as to call her husband to help me get in contact with a great Dermatologist which is not their job, she truly went above and beyond, (A blond woman at reception). Had a wonderful time all around! I will go back!

Took my mum here for her birthday and it was perfect! It was such a clean and lovely place. Massage and facial were amazing. Even got a free jasmine tea after. It's nice when a facial actually does something too, our skin was clean and clear for many days after.

I always leave here with a big smile on my face! I have been seeing Danni for facials. She has gone above and beyond to make my experience special. Danni is kind, professional and very informative! She has taught me so much about my skin and recommend natural products that have improved my confidence. Emma at the desk is also always very lovely. Highly recommend!

I arrived for my 2 hour long package 15 minutes early. I was dissapointed that I was taken into the treatment room 10 minutes after my package was meant to start, was short changed 15 minutes (package included a foot soak, 1 hour massage and 50 minute facial). I walked I to the treatment room at 9.10 and was dressed and walking out by 10.55. They left me all oily no option to wash off and resulted in staining my car seats. But worst of all, when I booked, I asked specifically if it included a head massage, to which I was told yes. I didn't get my head massage. Certainly not the best endota spa and definitely not luxurious with its location being in a shopping center with paper thin walls. I won't be back.

I have a massage weekly at the Endota Spa. One of my have to indulgences. The environment is calming and I love the scent from the oil diffusers. Staff are friendly, professional, and well trained. Liz is an absolute star for remedial massage.
