I have been really enjoying clinical pilates and hydrotherapy with Pinakin, having someone who actually wants to fix your problem and knows your individually and where you are at makes a huge differents. Service at the clinic as a whole is fantastic also.

They charged me $90 for my initial consultation even though it states on their website that it’s free. Even on my invoice it says ‘free initial consultation $90’. I was devastated to find this out after I’d already had the appointment so I had no choice but to pay. Such dishonesty!

Initially came for rehab & never left.Use hydro pool regularly,currently doing clinical exercise program.Practitioners & admin staff always professional, friendly & helpful. Highly recommend..

Very Friendly. Physio seemed knowledgeable. Probably only one tip. This was my first consultation whereby the first 20 minutes of assessment is free. But if I continued I would be charged a session. I did the whole session and not worried. But it would perhaps be good if after the 20 minutes the patient was told the free session is over and asked if they want to continue.

I’d like to say thanks to all the staff at Bacchus Marsh Back in Motion. I’ve seen a couple of the Physio’s over the years and get great treatment from all ( especially Shalin). They have got me through surgery and now general soreness and ongoing maintenance. Thanks for the help.
