I had a broken valve on my tyre and they replaced the valve for free. Very efficient, fast and excellent service. Thanks to Rustin for his help in fixing this for me. Will come back again to replace my tyres in the future.

The customer service at mycar Parramatta is the caliber of service we all wish for but so infrequently experience. I’ve been to service centres with plush carpet and coffee machines that treat customers like numbers. You will not feel like a number here. If you’re looking for a business that will look after your car and go the extra mile to make you feel valued as a customer, then you can stop looking.

I’ve been here a few times for services and tyres in which I had great experiences. The staff in these visits were friendly and so helpful to me which is specifically helpful when nervous about mechanics and car related services. Unfortunately when I visited today I was met with such unnecessary rudeness. I enquired about a situation causing me some stress which I didn’t know much about. The Asian man at the front counter did not want to help at all and was coming up with every excuse to not help me. he kept trying to throw dollar figures at me to make me not want to proceed and when I kept saying that’s fine he came up with a new unhelpful rude excuse. Unfortunately this has changed my opinion on this business. I suggest in the future you should perhaps think about how your staff talk to people and the impact that can have on their day. Treat people with kindness :)

Have been getting my car serviced here for several years now.Any issues are always clearly explained along with a cost estimate and time to complete any work.The manager Nick is highly professional and always true to his word regarding any repairs and time frame for completion of any works outside the standard service packages.

Took my car to get checked out as it had a knocking sound coming from the rear. The boys took it in straight away and checked it out. Had a large rock stuck in the suspension. They removed the rock whilst also removing/cleaning fresh tar from the bottom of my car which I had run over that morning. When I went to pick it up, they did not charge me. Awesome, quick and friendly service. Highly recommend. Thanks fellas.
