Range, advice, price, strata approval, planning were all great. We've now done two apartments and very happy with both. Make sure you ask for Oliver to be on your install team, his attention to detail is phenomenal, you won't be disappointed with the workmanship.

We are very pleased with the outstanding service that Back to Timber provides. The levelling of our 80s house was a big challenge while Senior project manager David successfully tackled the most difficult task with extensive knowledge and confidence. It went well and we are very happy with the results. Richard from customer service was constantly pleasant, dedicated and personable with professionalism. In addition to the above the installation team was polite, friendly, neat and on time. You all take your work seriously and it shows. Thanks again for everything, it was a great experience. We are looking forward to working with you again in the near future!

Friendly and helpful team. They have a lot of samples available to take home on loan to assist with selection. Sofia is delightful, responsive and knowledgeable. The team that came to quote arrived when they said they would and gave me guidance on the best fit product, and then installation happened very soon after I accepted the quote. The install team also turned up when they said they would and did an excellent job, taking care around my custom joinery and tidying up after themselves. I’d definitely recommend Back to Timber!

I am very happy with the whole work and overall finish!The entire team at Back to Timber/ Timber Court have been very professional and fantastic from start to finish for the installation of new hybrid timber and skirting in our apartment.Sylvia in the showroom was very professional in providing various advices, options and stayed in contact throughout the whole process.David gave me a very competitive quote and made himself available to answer all questions during the whole process.Most importantly he factorised and capped the floor levelling cost in the quote for the peace of mind. Where other's quotes might appear cheaper but levelling work is additional and subject to the actual situation after removal of carpets. In my case, the entire unit flooring is so not levelled, and needs extra bags and time at no extra cost.Ryan leads the installation team went about their work quickly from floor levelling to installation. The entire team at Timber Court have been fantastic from start to finish for the installation of laminate flooring in our two storey house.Sylvia in the showroom was very knowledgeable of the various options and stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process. Gareth gave us a very competitive quote and made himself available to answer our questions both before and during the installation. The installation team went about their work quickly. We were impressed by their care and attention to detail with the challenging areas of the job, particularly by their lead installer with respect to our stairs - it had angled steps and two bullnose treads at bottom. He also took the time on the last day to check the entire installation and add finishing touches.We are very happy with the whole job and overall finish.
