UPDATE:Went to the naturopath in the markets with my blood test result and they confirmed my bloods were saying what I thought and DR MARISSA refused to do follow up tests. She is known to be an evil natural path practitioner. Any natural path do your own research. She is known in the industry to keep you sick to keep her pockets lined with cash. She is legit taking advantage of the most vulnerable and it needs to be stopped!If you want your doctor to listen and not give you an attitude. Do not come here! These doctors will keep you sick to keep you coming back. Marissa refuses to do tests unless they are standard. Asked for a referral was told it was done but haven’t heard anything that was over a week ago! Use this doctors surgery for a last resort. Do not make it your go to.

The receptionists at the desk r very kind and also the GPs are very good at listening to the patients.I love this medical centre and all the workers in there .I would highly recommend this medical centre to my families and friends bcz of their kind behaviours.

I just want to say thanks to the nurse at the Medical Centre.I visited the Caralee Medical Centre this week and I was impressed with the reception, the same nurse then took me to do a test, explained everything very clearly, and then cleared a seat for me to wait for the Doctor.The same nurse had called me up a few weeks ago, encouraging me to visit face-to-face. I was glad to note that the nurse had spent effort understanding patients and working out a plan for them.Well done, you're doing a fantastic job! Caralee is so blessed to have you.

My visits to attend appointments with Val and Doctors who operate from Caralee Medical Centre have always been positive. Care and attention to my health has always been conducted in a warm and professional manner. I recommend people consider this service as an option when requiring medical services

Booked as a bulk billed appointment via health engine and drove 45 mins as it was the closest same day appointment available. Upon arrival the receptionist was incredibly rude and said that my appointment was not confirmed and if they were to see me I would need to pay $70 as they’re no longer a bulk billed medical centre despite the massive sign out the front that says bulk billing.

Got scammed $30 for a consultation after doctor casotti refused a simple script for nicotine. Information on which other doctor to get it from was also not provided. This isn't a bulk billed practice anymore, stay away if doctors that actually care about you and not your wallet is important to you.

Very professional, treats people with respect. I get looked after really well by Dr Nicholas whenever i have health issues.Will highly recommend.

All of the staff at Caralee Medical Group show the utmost care in attending to the needs of their patients. We recently visited and we found the reception staff and Dr Tabriz to be fantastic. Thank you.

Dr marisa was rude and doesn’t seem to care about me as a patient, I’ve been here twice and both times I have came in to see her she has just given the impression that she wanted me out of there asap without wanting to hear my problem. I had to beg her to let me get a scan and an antibiotic for my infected ear piercing , will not be going back to her or to carmaker medical group. I don’t recommend this place at all
