Aside from the Transfer Master Plus being one of the best adjustable beds I have seen on the market, the service offered at the Baringa showroom was outstanding. Darren was so gracious in affording as much time as we needed by understanding our requirements and explaining the products thoroughly and he and Ailyn and the team absolutely went above and beyond to deliver just hours later due to our urgent needs. They went out of their way, and showed great kindness and understanding that is rarely seen these days. Absolutely outstanding product and absolutely outstanding service.

I am recommending Solace Sleep because of their friendly professional staff and excellent service. The sales team fulfilled my needs and requirements and even offered me a trial period to see if the bed matched my particular needs. The install team were fast and efficient, they know their products extremely well and they took their time explaining the use of the bed in great detail. They have a fast response and follow-up time for after sales maintenance and repairs (which David responded to after hrs.). All up the whole experience was delightful from beginning to end and I cannot recommend David and the Solace Sleep team enough for their wonderful services.

Our Copper Therapy Package is amazing, we love the bed, it's super comfy and is perfect for our needs. I have reflux issues and hubby has shoulder issues and this bed is the best, we are no longer suffering in our sleep. We've had it for around 2 months now, I wanted to be sure before I did my review. Darren Nelson at Solace Sleep was great to deal with and the whole experience has been wonderful. Thank you Solace Sleep for all that you did for us.

I would like to thank the team at solace Sleep from explaining how the beds work to talking to me why I was looking for an adjustable bed (medical reasons). From making the decision and paying for it to the delivery team who I would say are wonderful and helpful marking sure that the day was relaxin with no drama. Asked where I wanted the bed and explained the remote in detail. Since I’ve had the bed over 3 weeks now all I can say is WOW…. The best sleep I’ve had in a long time and now no more sleep in the recliner. Again I’ll like to say a big thank you to all the solace team and I would recommend them to anyone.

Darren Yates my sales consultant went out of his way to make me feel knowledgeable on the product I was buying. Never pushy but fully supportive no matter my questions. And my delivery man David was truly above amazing. I honestly was so happy by his service in setting up my bed and the understanding with my autistic son who was very loud and disruptive. He took the time and patience to speak to my son and made him feel part of the whole process!!! Solace Sleep managed to respond to my email regarding a service problem and after notification from the support department, came and fixed the problem. It was the fastest and easiest warranty repair on any product in the last 50 years. Full marks to support staff and service department!!

Best money we ever spent, great service and delivery and set up was seamless at a time that suited. From the first time we walked in to take a look, till 2 years later and still feeling it" Just moved house and our Solace bed was the first thing we took and set up."

To whom it may concern. My wife and I would like to share our experience with our recent delivery of our 2 king single Solace beds. A few weeks ago we saw a display in our local Stocklands shopping centre in Bundaberg. After a talk with the sales person, then some testing on the beds we were sold virtually instantly. The beds recommended to us were the pain relief package. (Better sleep + Midnight mattress.) As we are both on My Aged Care plans, we discussed the purchase with our Service Provider, who agreed that in our particular circumstances this bed would be of significant help to us taking into account our health situation, and agreed to provide the purchase of the beds under our plan. (I note that Solace is also registered with the NDIS)My wife and and I are in our early 70's with significant health issues. Without going into specifics, I would like to share our situation. I have been a sufferer of sleep apnoea since 1996 and have used CPap ever since. My wife has suffered increasing rheumatoid arthritis, since the mid to late eighties, which in turn, caused her, in the early 90's, to suffer respiratory arrest. (she stopped breathing and was lucky she was in hospital at the time). The cure for this was tracheostomy (a tube inserted in her neck in order to breath. She will have this for life). As a result of that, she developed a permanent infection in the lungs which flares up from time to time and causes much pain and difficulties for. Over the years she has had to sleep using many pillows to prop her up in order to breathe more easily. Since using our wonderful Solace beds, the result has been absolutely magnificent. Not only do we now both only need one small pillow, but due to the controls on the beds, we have found that by raising the upper portion of the beds, I NO LONGER USE CPAP! The wife raises her bed and sleeps all night much more peacefully. In addition, we both find the vibration system is fantastic! We each have chosen our own pattern, levels and timing, (the beds are completely independant with their own controls) and both run this fantastic feature and don't recall when it automatically switches off as we are by then asleep! I note that prices are very attractive compared to similar brands, but the prompt service, delivery and installation was excellent. The delivery boys relocated our old queen bed to another room with no hesitation whatsoever. Thank you very much to that of terrific team of installers.
