The services that this business provides are absolutely amazing. The staff and professional and very hygienic. Very friendly and treat any customer like a friend hence why I always come back due to the amazing services and lovely Zara that always makes my day ! I 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants to enhance their natural beauty or even would like to do training courses . The owner is extremely well experienced and teaches the students the right way to work, and explains everything step by step. I recently finished my beauty course at Zara beauty amazing experience positive learning environment the professionalism, their treatments are of high quality and as a student I enjoy learning how to give great treatments which leave the clients very happy and satisfied.The Staff were amicable and made me felt at ease. The directors communication were excellent as she was explaining every procedure, actively listening to me and checking on me to ensure that everything is going smoothly.

Terrible. I went in for a consult and she asked me to pay deposit $50 took my phone and demanded i pay put her own bank details in for a booking she also changed the price when i was speaking to her lucky i had the messages to prove the price she quoted me and said was diffrent. She also is very rude. When i texted her both via insta and message she made false statment saying she went through terms and conditions of a refund policy. I would never reccomend or go here. She is a liar and a rude person i would rather visit a safe a secure place that this scam company. I still am 100% certain she didnt state any of this what she said.

I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I couldn’t find another clinic with better customer service. The owner, Zara, treats you like her friend and respects you for who you are. When you meet her, she is the most friendly anyone could be. I had an outstanding result with my laser and facial sessions. I've been here for a reasonable amount, and I don’t think I’d go anywhere else any time soon. Once again, I do recommend this place. If I could give it ten stars, I 100% would!

Zara beauty and laser clinic is the best clinic ever, I’ve done my laser with them and I really appreciate their work and attitude and the way they treat people … also I have done my laser training class with them, and I just started working … they are the best people (manager, colleagues and even the clients) are the best.Thank you.

Hi, I came to this lady about two years ago for cO2 fractional laser. She told me that this would lighten my intimate area and she was so convinced. I came for my first appointment and she did not even ask me to sign any papers or let me know before and after care. I googled this online , the after care for this treatment was very specific and even the before care. This lady basically burnt me and left me scarred forever and I am still paying for treatments until this day to fix it. When I called her and texted her she told me it was my fault and that it was my skin. She abused me mentally, physically and she was also not sorry at all. I went back to go see her on Saturday and she basically told me to sign papers so that it was my responsibility if she tried to do this on me again. She does not understand how to talk to people and does not know how to run a business. I am very angry at this service and petrified. I don’t know how it is my fault if I got a 2nd degree burn especially In an area that it so sensitive. She should have known better! Ladies do not trust this woman with your treatments. She is inexperienced and very rude!
