Girl at front counter extremely rude, based on first impression would never use this builder will take my money else where

A friend of mine used these people and it was an absolute nightmare with having them back twice to make repairs and changes that are still equally as broken as they were in the first instance . I have photographic evidence but we are keeping those fir a current affair of who. We are meeting with next Wednesday . We will see if bad mannered emails are acceptable .

We give Hotondo Homes Bendigo 100% Value for your money and experience. (I waited 8months to give my real experience and honest review) Jenny (Sales consultant) is a super sales consultant who is in a league by herself. She is literally all you wish for in a New Homes sales consultant and more. From the minute we walked in until our house was finished she made us feel like we were in good hands and she was always there just a phone call or text message away. She honestly knows everything you can possibly think of asking her about building your new home. She modified our house plan based on how we wanted it from their original plans. She is honest and she tells you exactly how it is. The best part of it is since we collected our keys in June 2022 (8months ago) we haven't found anything wrong with the house. Not one thing wrong!! We are very happy with our build. The house quality is just impressive from paint to doors, bricks concrete etc Our building supervisor at the time of our build was Luke and he knows his stuff and was happy to answer any questions we had. We love our Hotondo Home.
