Julia Brown is an amazing Naturopath & Massage therapist who has helped me to manage my stress levels and memory. She is very knowledgeable in her field plus a caring individual by nature, when meeting with Julia you can see her passion for health and enthusiasm for life. I have no hesitations in recommending her.

Julia has been treating me for 2 years and my monthly visit is always a great experience for dealing with aches, pains and overall body healthy functionality. Julia has a very insightful approach to the underlying issues I've presented with and across a mix of naturopathy, remedial massage, diet and exercise advice, along with robust encouragement, Julia has been a great influence in my body getting in to better shape. Over the course of last year with Julia's help and guidance through Naturopathy, Infrared Sauna and Remedial Massage, I've drastically reduced my dependence on ant-inflammatory prescription drugs for back pain and arthritis and I've also managed to lose 15kg in weight. Travelling 50mins is no obstacle. I look forward to receiving Julia’s healing hands on my body every 5 weeks for my 2 hour full body remedial. What Julia can do in 2 hours is phenomenal, she resets my weary self and I walk out recharged every time. Can’t recommend her more highly! Do yourself a favour and add her to your well-being plan.
