Shocking today waited over an hour with booked appointment, asked if they would have the courtesy to ring someone so don’t have to sit for so long , no was the answer ,,, shocking like we don’t have other things to do , apparently according to reception if they were still doing 11 o’clock appointments and it was 3 in the arvo they still wouldn’t call , they might catch up she reckons ,,, what a load of bs ,,, rude as ,,,,
