Horrible communication with customers. I’m a year 12 student and was waiting on a textbook for term 1 because the publisher hadn’t finished before the school year started. I was told I would receive an email when I ordered in store but there was absolutely no follow up, not even an email when it arrived to the store. I had to call 3 times and was put on hold for 7 minutes each time or not picked up until the 3rd try. They could of been way more helpful if they genuinely cared about students receiving our books. Lazy staff.

THE WORST!! PLACED AN ORDER BACK IN NOVEMBER 2022 STILL NOTHING WAITING ON 2 ORDERS NO ONE IS RESPONDING OR ANSWERING PHONES WHAT KIND OF A SYSTEM IS THIS? MY SON WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ONE OF THE BOOKS FOR TERM 1 HE IS NOW BEHIND. NEVER AGAIN. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. IF THE BOOKS WEREN'T AVAILABLE THEN YOU SHOULD LETS PARENTS KNOW ITS UNAVAILABLE SO THEY CAN ORDER FROM ELSEWHERE YOU HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY FOR BOOKS AND DELIVERY FEES BUT THERE IS NO BOOKS. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.Update: Hi Harry, the book that I ordered last year Nov has been in your warehouse the whole time because after calling all morning with no answer I had to drive 30 mins to Thomostown where the girl at front could not find my sons name or the order in the system even after I gave her all the details reference numbers,receipt etc she apologised went out back and got me the book. So I can understand one book being on back order but the other one was there the whole time and I did pre order it online back in November 2022.

It will be amazing if delivery cost count per address,not per individual,imagine if we have more than 3 kids how much the delivery cost it self?.

Very poor planning & customer service. The company is obviously prepared to massively understaff their shop, showing a total disregard for staff & customers. Employees were friendly & as helpful as they could be, but lines to pick up books were out the door & through the carpark for at least four days in a row, plus an extra line of about 20-30 minutes at the back of the shop. The first three times, I turned around, but finally needed the books & had to stay, waiting just under an hour in the sun. Responses to reviews on here saying similar things reflect a dismissive approach by the company. There are other textbook companies, & many of them post for free. I recommend people use those where possible.

Wish I could rate this place a zero. The prices are exuberant I got most items significantly cheaper at other retailers. For the few things I couldn't get due to supply chain issues I hat to wait 1.5 hours in a line that is not disability friendly. I had to stand with a back injury. The $15 shipping fee on school book orders is a joke and the cut off for orders two weeks before Christmas is not feasible for low income families.

Only 2 weeks to return books that were accidentally bought before Christmas. Told ‘you have to sell them to someone we won’t take them back’. Happy to pay restocking fee. Spend thousands on books with them because of monopolistic stranglehold. Will avoid in future (if possible)….

Change your hours on google Derrimut Campion. Arrived Saturday to find you are closed- specifies at the door not google.

I place an order for my daughter received her text books apart from one that was in back order.I was advised in store that it was a completed order and ready to be dispatched therefore I could not get a refund 29/12/22.I called today 19/01/23 as was advised the book has not been published yet and won’t be until February. I have to wait for bill to be published, Posted out to me so then I have to drive in store to return it and get a refund!!!WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE THIS COMPANY NEEDS A BETTER SYSTEM.So will campion be paying for my fuel driving back and forth, what a waste of time and money.I should be able to cancel a back order, no matter what.I would have given them 0 Stars.

Hi, I highly appreciate and recommend about the customer service. I only have issue with downloading online version. I couldn't download some of books at all.ThanksDona
