I’ve been visiting Tom for around 18months. He takes the time to understand the problem holistically, explains possible causes, gives exercises for home and has helped me a lot with back pain. Thoroughly recommend him.

Tom is a first-class practitioner, which is reflected in his approach to Myotherapy. I came to him with problems that had previously received treatment with little to no effect. Tom's analysis was thorough and hands-on which allowed him to treat problems that I had begun to believe were untreatable. I was very impressed with the whole experience and I will go to him first for any muscular pain in the future.

Excellent service with thorough assessment and treatment. Have been seeing Fred for a while now, and he has treated a wide range of injuries and aches. Very proactive in treatment with preventative strategies and excellent in rehab follow up. Highly recommend seeing him at Strong Quality Health.

As a keen long distant runner, I regularly experience muscular pain. I have been seeing Tom for many years and I wouldn't use anyone else. In recent months I have suffered from hip issues and have been receiving regular treatments. Tom has significantly reduced my pain and symptoms.I've tried several practitioners in the past and no one can provide the same level of service and relief from pain. Tom takes the time to understand the issue and treats appropriately. He is trustworthy, reliable and always on time.
