Stay away from this scammer. Do not engage - you will simply experience a nightmare. Go and spend your money elsewhere. BEWARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.Requested a carpet steam clean from their website. Advertised as carpet steam clean. When cleaner arrived, he brought a Bissell hot water shampooer, and insisted it was a carpet steamer.Before: carpet did not stinkAfter: carpet stank; stains in carpet still presentAsked cleaner manager why carpet was still dirty with stains and why there is still a smell. Cleaner manager says “there is no guarantee for permanent stains, and you should air your carpet”. Background: carpet was aired for 5-6 says with windows and doors fully open; stains were not permanent - I had to take out my own time to clean the stains with toilet disinfectant, which worked.On further complaining and request for refund/partial refund for job not completed, manager told me to eff off and said I wasn’t getting any refund because the cleaning was done. I said I would submit an appeal to the ombudsman and he sent me a smiley.So basically, he lies about his services and he doesn’t do a good job, and then proceeds to disrespect you.I will bring this to the ombudsman.I am not the only person to experience this. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS: Absolute scam artists - they tried to gaslight me into believing I'd asked for a general clean when I asked for an end of lease. Cleaner tried to convince me that I needed to pay additional $170 because my 3 bedroom apartment was much bigger than most. Never offered on site inspection for quote. Told me to pay cash in hand otherwise I needed to pay additional $60 for GST (not included in quote) and they wouldn't send me a receipt of service if I didn't pay this extra. When I told them I didn't want their service they tried to back me in a corner so they could take my $200 deposit saying they would do $200 worth of cleaning. When I threatened to take them to the ombudsman and ATO for tax evasion they decided that they would return my full deposit but lied and took $50. Disgusting! please do not fall for their tricks! Looks like they have pulled the same rubbish with multiple customers, I'm lucky because we moved a fortnight before our lease ends and I've arranged cleaners recommended by real estate. I suspect that all the positive reviews on here are fake or from friends and family - these guys are conniving and do not have an honest bone to rub between them. DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT UPFRONT! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! THEY ARE TAX FRAUDS!!!

We hired MD Sydney Cleaning services for End-of-lease cleaning.The cleaners DID NOT do a thorough job considering the hefty amount they charged. Spot cleaning was not done, the skirting boards were dusty, the steam cleaned" carpet still appeared dusty

I am very very disappointed with the service provided by MD Sydney Cleaning Services. I would not recommend this company to anyone doing a end of lease clean. I organised a week in advance for them to come and clean my 1 Bed apartment. At 7:50am the morning of my clean (which was scheduled at 8am) I get a call saying they cannot clean it on that day because “it’s too far to drive”. This was after I received a “hello I am your cleaner for today and I will be there at 8am” text at 6am that morning. I had organised to take the morning off work to have this clean done and I was handing back keys the following day so I pleaded with the manager (after many back and forward and unresponsive texts/calls) to get them to come later that afternoon. I was forced to take the whole day off work resulting in loss of pay due to their incompetence and poor handling of the situation. When they finally cleaned the apartment they left obvious signs of dirt/marks on walls that I immediately noticed and rubbed off with my finger (no products required proving they hadn’t actually cleaned the place effectively). When they asked for payment they charged an additional $80 over the quoted amount because there was a small balcony (approx 1m x 2xm) that I had forgotten in the initial phone quote. After payment, I was forcibly pressured to write a 5 star review online saying they had done a good job and the cleaner wasn’t going to hand the keys back to me unless I did it so they could “show their boss”. I felt very uncomfortable and have since removed the review. The following day after handing the keys back, my real estate called me asking if I had even had a bond clean because there were dirt, hair, and surfaces which had not been cleaned effectively. It became clear they had simply mopped the floors without vacuuming nor cleaning the mop between other jobs, as they had left a large amount of hair from previous jobs strewn throughout my apartment (I do not have long hair yet there was an abundance of it in my apartment). It took two days of non-responsive texts and phone calls (the texts were left on “read”) to finally get in contact with the manager and request them to come back and finish the job to an acceptable standard. After much effort and grudging they finally came back to “finish the job”. It was clear they put zero effort into this as after they left there was no sign of improvement to when they cleaned the first time. The real estate was not happy and now I am left without my bond and over $400 given to a “cleaning company” that doesn’t even clean. I have since tried to get in contact with the company however they are no longer returning my calls or texts after they said “if you want us to clean it again you will have to pay another cleaning fee”. This company is a complete scam and you should not be fooled by their website. The service was horrendous and they will leave you at a complete loss. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Great customer service, everything perfect. I did carpet cleaning from them, and they did very great and in genuine price. All over happy with their service.

Terrible from start to finish. The cleaners arrived an hour and 20 minutes late. They then increased the price of the service that I had already been quoted by $100. They left many areas uncleaned that they were meant to have done, including windows, skirting boards and door fames, resulting in us having to re-clean the areas ourselves. When we contacted the company to explain what had happened and request a partial refund, we were constantly ignored, and when I finally managed to get someone on the phone they made a whole heap of pathetic excuses as to why they wouldn't refund us any of the price. The price may be tempting but it's not worth the poor quality of service and communication.

Thanks to all the feedback below and a last minute check the day before to make sure we are all aligned around what needs to be done, we cancelled.The man quoted 3hrs work for two people which set off alarm bells. A 3 bed house is a full day if carpets need doing.These companies should be prosecuted for screwing people over and causing stress that is not needed

HiExcellent service they performed . I booked month later but they call me to confirm week ago came on time. Very polite. Get my bond back . Stayed with me till the end i get money. Thanks guys
