Megan Wilson at Nelson Alexander is a brilliant property manager. I began renting a property through Nelson Alexander during a difficult covid-19 lockdown and Megan couldn’t have been more helpful in finding me a home as quickly as possible. Megan’s manner is friendly & kind and any concerns I have had have been delt with quickly and smoothly. Megan is hands down the best property manager I have dealt with, and I would 100% recommend using Nelson Alexander!

Nelson Alexander Kew is outstanding. My daughter and I have leased three homes and have never had a negative experience. My present property is leased through Guy, who is an absolute delight as a property manager. Nelson Alexander, unlike some real estate agents, is not aggressive or dismissive; they treat tenants as actual human beings, rather than merely as 'renters.' This is important given the current rental situation in Australia. I can't say enough good things about Guy and the Nelson Alexander Kew team - thank you for being open and honest and all round great people!

We were managing our own property but it all got too hard, so turned to Megan from Nelson Alexander due to a recommendation from a relative. Our experience so far has been excellent. Guy Besley and everyone @ Nelson Alexander Kew are a wonderful group of people who are hardworking, honest and responsible. Any issues are dealt with swiftly and they give good honest advise be it on the rentals or prices.
